I loved ‘Loving what is’ by Byron Katie. I’ve read the book many times, and what she wrote helped transform me. I recommend that book without hesitation to anyone who wants to detach from their stories, to develop equanimity, and otherwise purify aspects of their mind/ego/perceptions etc. All approaches, all tools, all philosophies, are useful.

I gave a head massage this evening to my friend. I have a little massage protocol/boundary that I go by: I prepare as if I was doing a healing, by grounding myself, keeping my aura aligned, charged and strong, chakras balanced etc, and I allow energy to flow, but I don’t deliberately do healing techniques.
